At River City Sims, every reservation provides you with exclusive access to the facility for the duration of your booking. To ensure fairness for all guests, please review our cancellation policy below.

Cancellations

Reservations canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.

Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

Reservations may be rescheduled with at least 6 hours' notice before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.

Requests made within 6 hours of the reservation are not eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

No Shows

Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled reservation will forfeit their booking and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Late Arrivals

Your reservation begins and ends at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend the reservation, and unused time will not be refunded.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue during your session, please contact us immediately using the support information provided inside the facility. If we are unable to resolve the issue in a reasonable amount of time, River City Sims may issue a partial refund, full refund, or account credit at our discretion.

Weather & Emergencies

We understand that unexpected situations happen. Requests for refunds due to severe weather, illness, or other emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Agreement

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that River City Sims is a private, self-service, 24/7 facility and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

I think this wording is a little more premium and customer-friendly while still protecting the business. It also fits the image of River City Sims as a modern, private golf studio rather than reading like a strict list of rules.
